IIM KOZHIKODE

The Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode is situated on two hillocks in the beautiful Kunnamangalam Area of the ancient city of Calicut in Kerala. It is one of the greenest campuses with an abundance of plants, trees and oxygen across it. It is managed by a dedicated staff of 67 members, with the sole motto of “Globalizing Indian Thought”.  IIMK conducts International Exchange Programme for students and faculty with premium institutes like SDA Bocconi, Jonkoping Sweden, Victoria University of Wellington and so on. 

ADMISSION PROCESS

IIM Kozhikode adopts a three-staged selection process for the candidates: 

Stage 1: Registration of Candidates Meeting the Minimum Eligibility Criteria

The following minimum eligibility criteria will be applied to all those candidates who have opted for IIM Kozhikode. Candidates obtaining a positive (greater than zero) raw score in all sections of CAT 2019 will only be considered.

Stage 2: Shortlisting for Writing Ability Test (WAT) and Personal Interview (PI) 

The Stage 2 process applies to all eligible candidates who have successfully completed the registration process in Stage 1.

Those students will be called for the Writing Ability Test (WAT) and the Personal Interview. The shortlisting of the candidates will be done on the basis of the Aggregate Index Score (AIS). The AIS is computed based on the performance in CAT 2019, Class X, Class XII and a gender/academic diversity criterion.

Stage 3: Final Shortlist

After the final WAT & PI process is over, the final scores will be computed based on the performance in CAT, PI, WAT and candidates resume. Then, a Category-wise merit list will be prepared based on the final scores.

FEE STRUCTURE

The total fee for the program is Rs. 10,00,000/- (approx) which is payable in 7 Instalments.

The above fees include program delivery, books and instruction material, simulations and access to all on-campus facilities such as the library resources. However, these fees do not include the boarding and lodging charges for the proposed campus-immersion modules at IIM Kozhikode.
