In this review period of post lockdown, companies like Amazon, Flipkart, Google, Walmart, IBM, BigBasket, Tech Mahindra and Grofers are opening entry-level positions for the freshers and mid-seniors. They are planning to hire employees for a full-time, part-time and contractual basis. 

On the other hand, IT sectors are accounting over 79% of the entire opening whereas BSFI and e-commerce are accounting about 15%. From a survey, it is found that many of the companies have opened their online hiring advertisements on different sites for example Linkedin, Naukri.com and monster.com. This lockdown has provided a chance to them to search for talent management so that in post lockdown they can start work with these talents smoothly. 

Hence, for you, it is the right time to give a chance to your career option and if you are a fresher, then it is the high time for you to do the market research thoroughly and grab opportunities. To enhance more knowledge and become one of those talents, you can research for short-term online courses and effectively MBA courses also. 

Though it is a quite vital time for startups the situation can provide the time to develop a market strategy. However, the post lockdown period can affect the employment history but your experience can help you to overcome it. So don’t be afraid to lock down and go forward to your aim.
