The market value of a diploma does not match with an MBA. Diploma programs are conducted by autonomous organizations, recognized by AICTE. Syllabus of a diploma is also different from the MBA course whether the core concept of both degrees is expected to be same. PGDM course is focused on practical knowledge of the industry in the current market. MBA degree 

It is more valuable than PGDM as it is offered by recognized institutes that are approved by UGC. Only after confirming all the criteria of MBA, you should fill up the entrance form of MBA degree. There are fewer chances of fraudulence in this degree course. The syllabus is designed by universities that it is very rigid kind. The course is more focused on technical as well as the theoretical aspect of management. Candidates of MBA degree get good financial support from the government, which provide economic benefits to students.
